Anyway, we woke up and headed back into Lloydminster, 5 miles away. Our goal was to find a place to get our oil changed and transmission fluid changed. We let our laundry collect for a couple of days so we wanted to find a laundromat to do a catch up load. 

We managed to do a load of laundry, after having to get Canadian quarters. 

Canada Tire couldn't do it, their lifts could not manage our 6000 lb  motorhome. We looked around for a place like Jiffy Lube that has the pits that you drive over, not lifts. We found The Great Canadian Oil Change. Mostly, we liked the name ;-) They happily helped us out. Travis the manager, was properly impressed with our little rig so he scored points with us immediately. They checked her over, changed the engine oil and advised us against changing the transmission oil. They inspected it and said it looked new. That was great news, especially since we'll be in the Rockies shortly. They used compressed air to clean out our air filter and gave a basic look-over. Everything A-OK.

Perfect temp & humidity inside and out. So nice, our solar panels just keep cranking.

Then we pulled around to the side for an overnight stay. A lot of these casinos allow RV's to stay overnight at no charge.

Adam unpacked our very cool telescoping ladder to check things on the roof. All good.

Then it was burgers on the stove top for dinner and a view of highway 43. Actually very nice.

Tomorrow we are going to aim for Laird Hot Springs. It's an actual hot springs. It's very popular, so we don't know if we can get a spot or not. It's 13 hours away, meaning more like 15 for us since we're so slow. We'll see.
