Nice to Meet You
Adam and I, Liam Neeson, my 7 lb rat terrier and Sheila Weela, the 5 lb rat terrier (both doggies are rescues and look suspiciously like chihuahuas) are all preparing to set off on a driving odyssey. We bought a 1991 Toyota Winnebago Warrior which we have named "Winnefred Mulligan" after my Mom's grandmother. Our plan is to fix up the Winnebago and do some traveling. Specifically, driving up to the arctic circle and the town of Tuktoyaktuk, NT, Canada. This town only recently got a road which opened in November 2017 (Read about it here). Before that, they relied on a winter ice road or air travel. We are excited about our adventure and hope you'll join us.
This is more or less our proposed route, almost 5K miles each way. This is why we have done everything we can to ensure the mechanical soundness and comfort of the RV.
Love reading your magic trip to the Arctic and back! My wife and I just bought a 1979 Toyota Travette and will be tripping the nation with it. Learned a lot from all of your camper issues.
