We woke up around 7am and looked out the little window by our bed. Yep. Fog everywhere.

We remembered that we had used iOverlander.com for suggestions on where to park overnight. We ended up parked on a concrete community wharf alongside small stored open boats.

The yellow building is opening as a restaurant next week. No other restaurants were open while we were in Tilting. We were there the wrong time of year.

It was a great spot. We had a view overlooking the little harbor and town.
Chilly and foggy.
Adam had a breakfast consisting of Peter's homemade bread, his homemade marmalade and clementine oranges from Ruth. And, of course, coffee.

Then he cooked up some eggs, sausages and bacon for us both (THANKS Ruth!!)

Kiri's favorite spot for viewing the outside.

We started heading back toward the ferry terminal. We had missed all of the scenery last night since it was dark and foggy.

This house was a bit incongruent with the surrounding fishing towns

The "Flat Earthers" consider this one of the four corners on the earth.

Brimstone Head, Adam & Kiri climbed to the top. There is a trail with MANY stairs. I stayed in the RV with Liam and Sheila. Hopefully, Adam will write a post about his hike. He did see a fox!

We could only find one restaurant that was open. It was a Chinese restaurant.
Sorry, would not recommend this place. Everything else was closed for the winter.

We headed back to the ferry landing. We got in line and waited. We had no idea when it was scheduled to depart. A half hour later, we drove onboard. We were the last car to fit. Yay!

That's us, with the white-ish roof.

We stopped for the night in a tiny town, Badger, NL. On the river.

You probably cannot see too clearly, but that is a beaver swimming in the river in front of us.

We settled in for a cozy night.
