6 - Time to get Started on the Interior Refurb, Painting Cabinets
Where to start...
We removed all of the previous owner's stuff, which strangely included 3 compact ironing boards. We removed all of the cushions. They are all in pretty great shape and we won't need to replace. All the cushions went into trash bags and to the side of Adam's apartment, outside. We just don't have room inside. Adam removed all of the cabinet doors and hardware for painting.

Then we rolled on the primer and sprayed the black top coat:
